Do I have restless legs syndrome?
What’s inside...
Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a troublesome neurological disorder where you feel the constant urge to move your legs to gain relief from uncomfortable sensations which can feel like tickling, itching, or tingling of your muscles.
There is really no specific test for RLS, which means that diagnosis is largely based on symptoms alone. RLS is generally a lifelong condition for which there is no complete cure, but there is still a good amount of strategies including medications which can be used to treat this syndrome.
Take this questionnaire to find out whether your symptoms match. And even better, get some tips for some potential ways to get these symptoms under control.
